Didn't have time to go through the procedure "live" which is why the issue has not yet been resolved. I'm sure Jeff has given good advice.

Tyler did it again. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the product. He quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me a solution to fix it. Give this guy a promotion!

Tyler was a great help. I misunderstood the app-generated password situation (that I was required to enter it in the dialog box, not my default iCloud PW). The lightbulb went off and Tyler was very helpful. Much obliged.
