Recover Account Password

To recover your SyncGene account password, go to your “Profile settings” (tab is located in the top right, drop-down menu list).

Then, click on “Recover Password” tab in the right menu section. If you are sure you want to recover your password, click YES.

Now, please check your mailbox. You will receive an email from SyncGene with password reset link.
